MOMA Design awaits you at Salone del Mobile 2024

Get a preview of what’s new that MOMA Design will present at this year’s Salone del Mobile

MOMA Design awaits you at the Salone del Mobile, which will be held in Milan (Rho-Fiera) from Monday, April 16 to Sunday, April 21, 2024, where it will present its new collections inside a completely new booth, located for the first time in Hall 6, location C29.

The new location will be the perfect container for the new collections conceived by MOMA Design.

The ECLIPSE cabinet will house storage elements in Canaletto walnut within a thin, golden metal frame. The warm wood is smooth on the drawer fronts and declined in fluted wood “Asolo” finish in the rounded opening side elements, which give movement and character to the composition. The elegant Patagonia marble top serves as the base for two matching washbasins.

The ECLECTIC cabinet can be described as a “contemporary classic,” combining to jaw-dropping effect a rounded Solid Surface top covered in lacquered fluted wood and a cabinet in the same hue, with openable sides in canned wood and drawers with bronzed glass fronts.

While the prototypes of the ELIPSE and ECLECTIC rounded furniture were previewed at the Architect@Work events held in Milan and Paris in November 2023, the EXCELLENT furniture piece will make its first public appearance precisely at the Salone del Mobile 2024. This is the most precious and ambitious collection ever proposed by MOMA Design, a piece of furniture with a marble supporting structure, alternating tops and storage elements available in multiple wood finishes or bronzed glass. The version presented at the Salone consists of a Travertino marble structure and drawers in Canaletto walnut and bronzed glass, also taken up by the washbasin “set” in the top of the cabinet.

But the novelties are not over: Architect and Designer Ignazio Di Masi has also directed his creativity toward washbasins with an undeniable character: the TOWER EDO freestanding model is characterized by the perfect union of ribbed wood and Grey Stone marble, while the HEDONIST wall-mounted washbasin skips the beauty of Solid Surface while evoking the decisive and “technical” forms typical of the Industrial style. The TOWER OYSTER and TOWER KEPLERO pedestal washbasins, covered in wood and porcelain stoneware, have the special feature of being able to accommodate the mixer element inside them.

And what is a wonderful washbasin without equally wonderful faucets? This year MOMA Design can count on an exceptional partnership: the company THG Paris is collaborating with us on the occasion of the opening of its upcoming Milan showroom, letting us present precious elements of fine faucets that make our creations even more meaningful.

Other exceptional collaborations will be revealed during the event!

Finally, the booth is complemented by dramatic bathtubs and shower trays of various styles and sizes, paired with illuminated overhead shower heads. The ELITECHNIC tub is our flagship oval tub, accessorized with many optionals and large enough to accommodate two people; the OLGA tub, with an elegant LED baseboard, shows that a freestanding tub can also be compact. The final touch to the picture is provided by the SAPPHIRE tub, enhanced by a capacious wooden bookcase, and the simple but still striking GISELLE, lacquered on the outside.
